The first step to recreate a parcel of this size is to begin working with the Citys’ Large Development Review (LDR) committee. On December 7th, our team had a kick off meeting with the City to initiate the LDR process.
There are many steps involved to achieve LDR approval and the process is expected to take many months. A couple of essential steps include:
- The LDR Committee identifing key departments that will be involved in the review process and,
- Community engagement which plays an important role and we’ll be sure to provide the details on how and when you can participate. *This information will also be available on our Community Process page which will be available with the first community event.
