Backed by the placemaking expertise of East West Partners, who brought you the Union Station neighborhood and Riverfront Park, Cherry Creek West builds on everything we love about the existing neighborhood and completes an overall vision we hope you’re as excited about as we are.

The Principles Guiding Our Vision

Designed for People First

From the beginning, we asked ourselves: What are the things that make people’s lives better, healthier, more convenient, and sustainable? With that in mind, we set out to create a 15-minute community, where you can leave your car behind because everything you need is in reachin essence, walkable. Places to live, work, and spend time, with sprawling green spaces connecting to the creek, the mall, Cherry Creek North, and even downtown via the Cherry Creek bike path. It’s a pedestrian’s paradise that prioritizes people over cars.

Putting the Creek Back in Cherry Creek

The creek is the heart of the neighborhood, and we believe it should be celebrated accordingly. That’s why everything will lead to the creek and back, finally connecting the creek to the neighborhood.

Celebrating the Outdoors

Imagine strolling found pathways as they weave between buildings oriented to maximize the expansive views and the sunlight in between. Plenty of functional outdoor spaces draw employees outside for a working lunch, while providing endless places to wander, recharge, and reconnect.

We are prioritizing outdoor spaces and healthy buildings that focus on physical, psychological, and social health. Places and activities that promote individual and community wellness, as well as buildings intentionally designed to draw tenants who prioritize healthy lifestyles for their employees.

Back to work, but better. We’re approaching work in a more grounded way. This is a place where the line between indoors and outdoors blurs into what we call “mid-doors”.
