This incredible location is the last remaining large-scale site in Cherry Creek. And, the opportunity to transform this 13 acres of parking lot into a new community is not something we take lightly. As we have started to plan Cherry Creek West, we’ve asked ourselves, how can we connect this new community, and the surrounding neighborhood, to the creek? How do people want to experience this place? What if it were a car-free place? How can we be a new model for sustainability? With that as our backdrop, everything fell into place.
For the first time, Cherry Creek will be connected to its namesake, which is not only a great asset to Cherry Creek West, but the greater neighborhood of Cherry Creek. A place that offers open space for the whole neighborhood.
